BIO:
Little is known about Tarikun, except that he calls himself Eugene as well as Tarikun, but prefers Tarikun. He demonstrates very dangerous abilities to notice everything around him to the tiniest details, to move without sound or noticeable movement, and to remain silent and unmoving for extended amounts of time. His look of boredom hides a highly active mind, capable of solving any problem and analyzing situations more quickly than anyone else. However, due to his fairly large size (he is quite tall), his movements are slowed slightly even at his fastest reaction speeds. His nerves have one of the fastest reactions on the planet, but his muscle-speed is already at the human's physical limit.

BEHIND THE STORY:
He voluntarily joined the Program, seeing that he had his skills in awareness and his knowledge of human weaknesses. He smirked when warned of the dangers involved, claiming that if someone threw a knife or sword at his back when he wasn't 'ready', he could still dodge, albeit narrowly, the flying projectile. When one of the Program members threw an eraser at Tarikun, he caught it without needing to turn his head. His trot and the way he holds his chin steady shows he does not want to belittle anyone, yet claims he is better than all.
